Ethics and discrimination in artificial intelligence-enabled recruitment practices
NOT FOR HER. AI Revealing the Unseen
A project by Politecnico di Milano for the 24th International Exhibition – Inequalities.
May 13 – November 9, 2025
An immersive experience made possible by artificial intelligence, offering a chance to confront the gender inequalities that still persist in the workplace. The installation unfolds in two complementary parts: a visual triptych that sparks collective reflection and an individual interaction that challenges the certainties and habits tied to gender roles. Each element is designed to encourage a more attentive, conscious, and critical perspective. In this way, artificial intelligence becomes a tool for observing, understanding, and, where possible, guiding.
We’ve gathered articles, books, videos, and other resources to expand the conversation. Small detours to follow now or after your visit, at your own pace and in your own way. A chance to keep questioning, imagining, and understanding.
